Specialist in Care EFZ or Social Pedagogue HF/FH (40-70%) ##

starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement

The holistic support includes the following tasks: ###

• Shaping relationships, daily life, and leisure in all living spaces
• Empathic, appreciative, and professional listening and communicating
• Transparent and reflective cooperation at eye level with all those involved
• Agogic, milieu-, and sociotherapeutic support of adult clients
• Responsibility and participation in departments (health, augmented communication, leisure, household/nutrition) and in future-oriented projects
• Readiness for subject-specific further training
• Documenting the participation and development processes of the clientele

What you bring: ###

You enjoy taking on responsibility and have completed secondary and tertiary education in the fields of social pedagogy, psychiatry, or health. Ideally, you bring experience in dealing with people with challenging behaviors or long-term experience in supporting people with disabilities and an interest in agogic challenges. Your competencies include key person work, conducting conversations, triage, as well as maintaining contacts with relatives. You value interdisciplinary cooperation and work in a structured and team-oriented manner. Good IT skills and proficient German complete your profile.
