Reference: CLS/RH/ / Contract type: Permanent Contract at 100% / Schedule: Monday to Sunday in 12 hours (7h00-20h00 / 19h30-7h30) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

As a Nurse within the Pool, you will intervene in support of the medicine and surgery units according to the needs of the institution. This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, provides the opportunity to utilize varied nursing expertise in a dynamic environment, and offers stimulating professional practice on a daily basis.

What will you be required to do?

• Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols
• Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care
• Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the electronic patient file
• Strictly apply rules of hygiene, asepsis, and safety
• Quickly integrate into the teams of the services in which you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalism

• The unit consists of 12 collaborators. Their strength lies in being a united team with a common sense of values. Working each in different units, they always enjoy meeting during break times.

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Nurse's diploma or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
• Solid skills in general care, in both medicine and surgery
• Excellent adaptation skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Rigor, organization, and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
