Your tasks ##

• Care and support of our residents in their everyday activities
• Accompanying residents in their individual daily routines, during living and leisure activities
• Percepting the individual needs of the residents
• Reference person work and maintenance of contacts with relatives and legal representatives
• Completion of departmental tasks such as the recording and coordination of RAI services

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF or an equivalent training
• Experience in dealing with InterRAI is an advantage
• An open heart, high social competence and willingness to go new ways
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and joy in the profession
