The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and jobs as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of them in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the Canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs. To complement our Salus-Sol team, we are looking for a cheerful Specialist in Care or Health 50% immediately or by arrangement. Our interdisciplinary team coaches and accompanies a shared residential group of fifteen adults with support needs at Salus-Sol. In addition to living topics, the accompanying and design of daily structure offers are also included. The ESB also actively deals with the implementation of the UN-BRK and focuses on participation and co-design in all processes. This is what you will achieve with us * Accompanying, instruction and assistance of people with support needs in the area of agogics and nursing * Coaching and support of individual life designs * Co-design and implementation of leisure activities, daily structure offers and WG holidays * Conducting key person work including the associated administrative tasks * Internal and overarching interdisciplinary cooperation in an open-minded company.
