Optician EFZ – Eyewear Assembly (60–100 %)

Your main tasks

• Execution of assemblies and rim edging of corrective glasses
• Special assemblies, especially for drill-mount glasses, natural materials, and demanding frames
• Precise grinding of eyeglass lenses according to orders and quality specifications
• Quality control of the assembled glasses and ensuring high Essilor standards
• Maintenance and simple servicing work on machines and equipment
• Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as logistics, order control, and customer service
• Compliance with safety, quality, and process specifications

Your profile

• Completed training as Augenoptiker/-in EFZ
• Pronounced manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Customer-oriented mindset towards internal and external customers
• Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible personality
• High resilience as well as ability to concentrate, even during repetitive work
• Good comprehension and rapid grasp of technical contexts
• Accustomed to efficient, structured, and very precise working
