Registered Nurse Long-term Care 60 - 100% Bern

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take responsibility for the entire nursing process and daily coordination in inpatient long-term care in the Bern area. With a workload of 60 to 100%, you will accompany elderly people according to nursing approaches from Palliative Care, Validation, Kinaesthetics, and Basal Stimulation, document with easDOK and RAI, and contribute your experience to the supervision of learners and to specialist groups. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.

• Holistic and process-oriented nursing as well as care of residents according to the principles of Palliative Care, Validation, Kinaesthetics, and Basal Stimulation
• Taking over daily responsibility and coordination of tasks within the nursing team
• Maintaining nursing documentation in the easDOK system and service recording in RAI
• Participation in the training of learners as well as active participation in specialist groups
• Cooperation in an interdisciplinary, supportive team

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF or FH, or equivalent training such as DN II, BSc Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or DGKP
