Temporary missions

Your mission

Within multidisciplinary teams, you will actively participate in the care and comfort of patients by contributing to the quality of care and their daily well-being.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure hygiene, comfort, and well-being care for patients.
• Accompany patients in activities of daily living.
• Participate in the mobilization and transfer of patients according to current procedures.
• Observe the general condition of patients and transmit relevant information to the nursing team.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other health professionals.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality of care rules.

Your profile

• Nursing Assistant diploma or title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a hospital environment mandatory.
• Experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care services.
• Excellent ability to adapt to different services.
• Sense of observation, empathy, and listening.
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
• Availability for occasional, replacement, or long-term missions.
