Type of work:

• You take responsibility for the entire nursing process, including needs assessment.
• You instruct and advise employees.
• If necessary, you perform nursing activities in complex situations.
• You take over the technical leadership of an interdisciplinary nursing team of approx. 20 - 30 employees
• You skillfully apply your professional and social competencies towards both your team and our customers.
• You also routinely check nursing documentation.
• Taking over on-call duty

Requirements:

• Completed tertiary-level training such as dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF or equivalent training
• Experience in the Spitex sector is an advantage
• High communication competence with all stakeholder groups
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking
• Efficient, independent, and expeditious way of working
• You possess high social competence
• You encounter the employees reporting to you with appreciation, motivate them, and support them in their daily challenges
• Driver's license Cat. B as well as own vehicle
