Your field of activity with the new employer

• Professional and individual care as well as support for residents and their loved ones - even in demanding care situations
• Implementation of medico-technical acts as well as planning, implementation, and documentation of the care process
• Supporting residents in the organization of a varied and autonomous daily life
• Participation in administrative, household, and logistical tasks as well as strict compliance with hygiene directives

Your asset for the new employer

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist CFC or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland with ICRC recognition
• Professional experience in long-term care, ideally with people suffering from dementia
• Committed, responsible personality oriented towards teamwork with a resident-centered approach
