Psychologist / Psychotherapist (temporary), 70 %

We are looking for a maternity cover starting 01.02.2027, temporary until presumably the end of September 2027.

Tasks ##

• Adolescents and young adults from secondary school up to 25 years old receive psychological support from you. You accompany problematic developmental courses and support vocational integration processes.
• You conduct assessment interviews, perform clinical assessments and diagnostics including the implementation of test-psychological procedures if required, and carry out crisis interventions, counseling, and psychotherapies.
• Where necessary, you create access to vocational integration and educational measures, specialized counseling offers, as well as medical/psychiatric services. You involve reference persons and maintain constructive cooperation with external specialists.
• You exchange ideas regularly within your team and ensure psychological specialist advice for external specialists. You conduct psychologically guided groups and group therapies.

Profile ##

• Master's degree in psychology and advanced psychotherapeutic training
• Methodological and specialist knowledge for assessing adolescent crises, for the clinical assessment of mental disorders, and for the application of recognized psychotherapeutic procedures
• High level of personal responsibility, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
• Interest in specialist advice, interdisciplinary cooperation, and participation in projects
