The privately managed senior center in the middle of the city of Winterthur offers around 150 residents a living and living space in which they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. What you can achieve with us:

• Ensuring professional, resident- and relative-centered nursing and care
• Responsibility as a reference person and design of the nursing process including residents and their relatives
• RAI coordination according to RAI-LTCF
• Participation in the development of nursing quality and its implementation in the residential group
• Accompanying and supervising trainees

In addition to regular service operations, we also offer deployment possibilities with a special focus on late and weekend shifts. If you prefer these shifts, we look forward to finding a suitable deployment possibility together with you.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF as well as professional experience in this role
• Specialist knowledge with experience in geriatrics/psychiatry/palliative care
• RAI-LTCF/PC knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to participate in the implementation of quality standards
• Confident communication skills in the German language
• Competent and professional appearance
• High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional cooperation
• Ability to deal with multi-layered stressful situations in everyday life
