The BRU medico- and psycho-social establishment, welcoming 81 residents, is searching as part of its mission of psychosocial rehabilitation for people suffering from a long-term mental disability resulting or not from the evolution of chronic alcohol consumption for a:

ADULT PSYCHIATRY NURSE (M/F)

Your mission:

• Contribute to the maintenance of autonomy and respect for the fundamental rights of the resident
• Ensure a role as a referent, participate in the development of life projects and ensure the quality and correct application of care to residents, in respect of the establishment's philosophy
• Accompany residents in their daily and social skills and in activities that fit into their life project, taking into account their needs and expectations
• Perform administrative and budgetary tasks related to socio-educational and rehabilitation projects
• Ensure on-call activity

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent recognized by the CRS
• CAS in mental health and social psychiatry or title deemed equivalent; an asset
• Knowledge of the recovery model and its tools (motivational interviewing, ELADEB, AERES, joint crisis plan)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in mental health
• Mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel, DIR/MobiDIR)
• Residence within a maximum perimeter of 50 km, driver's license and private vehicle
