BSB trains many apprentices and students every year. Starting from 1 August 2027, we offer you an exciting apprenticeship position as an assistant health and social EBA in long-term care. You accompany and support elderly people in their daily lives and contribute valuably to their well-being. You will thus discover a varied profession, rich in humanity and meaning.

Your commitment ##

During your two-year training as an assistant health and social EBA in long-term care, you will work in one of the five care centers of BSB. You support elderly people in their daily lives, assist with care and support tasks, and take charge of simple health checks as well as administrative tasks.

Your profile ##

• Compulsory schooling completed
• Joy of working with people and interest in health, accompaniment and daily support
• Respectful and valuing attitude towards elderly people
• Reliable, helpful and responsible personality
• Taste for learning and practical activities
• Good oral and written expression in German
• Team spirit, openness and stress resistance
• Availability for irregular hours (weekends and public holidays)
