Our team, composed of FMH specialists ophthalmologists and experienced ophthalmo-surgeons, offers the latest medical and surgical advances adapted to each pathology. Equipped with state-of-the-art technical facilities, the CNO offers care across several sites. In order to strengthen its operating block team located in Neuchâtel, the CNO is looking for, for a start of duties immediately or to be agreed upon, a Nurse - Scrub Nurse - TSO - 60-70 % - (m/f) As part of this function, the main missions are as follows: * Occupy different workstations (scrub nurse, circulating nurse) * Train/improve in surgical techniques * Integrate the operation of medico-surgical material and high-tech equipment specific to the operating room * Supply the operating room with sterile and non-sterile medical devices and perform order monitoring * Perform care with dexterity * React to emergency situations * Respect hygiene and safety rules in the operating room * Trace the surgical procedure and validate billing * Participate in the updating of procedures related to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification covering operating block activities * Elaborate, apply and control pre-treatment, disinfection, and sterilization procedures for reusable medical devices Profile * You hold a HES nursing diploma (or title deemed equivalent as well as the Red Cross Recognition in the case of a foreign diploma) * You hold a specialization as a scrub nurse or TSO * You benefit from a minimum of one year of professional experience within an operating block * You have completed training in sterilization - Level I (desired) * This position is addressed to a dynamic, rigorous and flexible personality who enjoys working within a small multidisciplinary team (8 members) We offer * A modern working environment with state-of-the-art technologies * A team of recognized experts * Opportunities for continuous training * A friendly and collaborative working atmosphere * Day shifts - Monday to Friday Submission of application We are pleased to receive your complete application files (CV, cover letter, copies of professional diplomas, copies of work certificates) by e-mail [Write an email](< >) by 31 October 2026 jpid62ecacejm jpit0940jm jpiy26jm
