TASKS

The VESO Wohngemeinschaft Gutschick is open to people from approximately 55 years of age who cannot manage their residential and daily life alone due to a mental impairment. The Wohngemeinschaft is cared for year-round and 24 hours a day. The professional and expert care team accompanies the 15 residents and supports them in maintaining their resources and developing personally.

You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a challenging, very independent and versatile task as well as working in the reference person system. You enjoy pitching in even during cooking or other domestic tasks. The diverse care tasks also include on-site night on-call services as well as weekend services.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE

You have a recognized training as Pflegefachfrau/-mann Psychiatrie HF or in the field of social pedagogy/social work. We wish for an empathetic, team-oriented, flexible and committed person with high social competence and experience in psychiatry, who is interested in a long-term commitment.
