Your tasks

• Caring for and supporting our residents in the sense of our mission statement and designing this within the framework of the primary nursing model
• Professional execution of basic and treatment care
• Seamless maintenance of nursing documentation using careCoach according to RAI / LTCF
• Regular assumption of daily responsibility
• Ensuring a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
• Ensuring general hygiene regulations

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as a FaGe
• Ideally experience in the long-term care sector
• High resilience and very good communication skills
• You are committed to holistic care and support and like to take on responsibility
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (Level B2)
