Certified Nursing Specialist HF 80-100% (all)

For our client in Dielsdorf, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious certified nursing specialist HF (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Independently perform basic and treatment care
• Plan and implement nursing processes together with the team
• Accompany and care for residents within the key person system
• Assume daily responsibility
• Record nursing measures and classifications according to RAI LTCF
• Implement and ensure internal nursing and quality guidelines
• Work together in an interprofessional team
• Provide professional and personal support to employees

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or Swiss recognition by the SRK
• Readiness for early, late, and night shifts
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Confident use of PC, tablet, and smartphone
• Knowledge of RAI LTCF is a great advantage
