You accompany people in shaping their lives autonomously and support them in everyday life at eye level. With your commitment, you promote participation, strengthen individual resources, and contribute to a high quality of life for the residents. ###

Your tasks

• Accompanying residents in their self-determination, independence, and participation
• Support with nursing and medical actions and housekeeping activities
• Further development of the support quality within the team
• Collaboration in work and project groups
• Irregular working hours and weekend shifts and night standby services

Your profile

• Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe), Social Pedagogue, or comparable qualification (e.g., FaGe) with experience in accompanying people with disabilities
• Responsible, flexible, and resilient personality with joy in co-shaping and further developing participation
• Reliable and structured way of working as well as the ability to engage with and adapt to different situations
• Openness to new things and enthusiasm to actively support and help shape changes
