For an elderly and nursing care center in Solothurn, we are looking for an engaged and warm personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe), starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Professional and individual care and support of the residents
Carrying out daily basic and treatment care
Support in daily activities and promotion of independence
Carrying out medical-technical procedures
Responsibility for careful nursing documentation
Cooperation with nursing specialists, doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies
Assumption of tasks within the framework of the nursing process
Co-responsibility for a high quality of nursing and care

Your profile:
Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Joy in working with elderly people
Empathy, patience, and respectful conduct
Responsible and independent way of working
Teamwork skills and good communication skills
Good German language skills in speaking and writing are an advantage
Willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts
