Your tasks – Scientifically based nursing at the highest level

• Advising and training patients and relatives in dealing with chronic illnesses and complex health problems

• Promotion of scientific work within the nursing team and guidance of employees and students
• Participation in research projects for the further development of nursing science
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, ethical guidelines, and quality standards

Your profile – Scientific expertise with practical relevance

• Completed Master's degree in nursing (Master of Science in Pflege – Advanced Practice Nurse APN)
• Experience in clinical practice, evidence-based nursing, or nursing science research is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills for the development of new nursing models
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• High degree of personal responsibility, capacity for innovation, and leadership competence
• Willingness for continuous professional further training and promotion of scientific excellence
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
