Sought position:
Healthcare Assistant EFZ / Healthcare Assistant EFZ long-term care (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Professional care and support of the residents
Execution of basic care and treatment care according to qualification and care planning
Support with personal hygiene, nutrition and mobilization
Promotion of independence and maintenance of quality of life
Observation of health status and forwarding of relevant changes
Documentation of care services
Cooperation with nursing specialists, doctors and relatives
Co-designing a respectful and appreciative care everyday life

Your profile:

Completed training as Healthcare Assistant EFZ or Healthcare Assistant EFZ
Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Empathy and joy in the care of elderly people
Responsible, reliable and team-oriented way of working
Independence and resilience in everyday care
Readiness for shift and weekend services depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
