Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients in the acute care sector
• Implementation of nursing and medical measures according to medical prescriptions
• Participation in care planning as well as its ongoing evaluation and documentation
• Monitoring and assessment of care situations as well as initiation of appropriate measures
• Ensuring high quality of care and patient safety
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other professionals
• Support in the optimization of processes and workflows
• Participation in internal training sessions and team meetings
• Medication management as well as administrative activities in daily nursing

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent recognition
• Professional experience in the acute care sector is an advantage
• Enjoyment of professional and patient-centered care
• High social competence as well as strong communication skills
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Resilience and flexibility in shift operation
• Interest in professional further development and personal development opportunities
• Further training as a vocational trainer (Berufsbildner/in) is an advantage or willingness to complete it
