YOUR TASKS

• You ensure professional, individual and resident-oriented nursing and care and further develop the quality of care together with your team
• You manage the nursing process according to InterRAI LTCF and support your team in accompanying residents individually and person-centered – even in demanding situations.
• You lead your team professionally and personally, promote employees and strengthen appreciative and constructive cooperation within the team
• You analyze relevant personnel, quality and performance key figures and derive suitable measures. You plan personnel deployment according to requirements, taking care needs into account, and ensure reliable processes.
• Together with the Leitung Pflege, the Leitungsteam Pflege Bärau, Pflegeexpertinnen and other specialists in the Stiftung Lebensart, you shape changes and the further development of the nursing area

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or comparable. Ideally, you bring further training in the field of Demenz.
• You bring several years of professional experience, preferably in long-term and dementia care.
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience, for example as a team leader or deputy team leader. Further training in the field of leadership is an advantage.
• You lead with joy, empower employees and support them in their professional and personal development.
• You encounter people with dementia with empathy, respect and a person-centered attitude
