Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take on nursing tasks in everyday psychiatric life and actively help shape the care of the patients
• In individual contacts and joint activities, you support patients in increasingly managing their everyday life themselves again
• You keep an equal eye on physical and psychological changes and contribute your observations to further care
• In exchange with nursing, medicine, and other specialist departments, you contribute to ensuring that the agreed treatment goals are also addressed in everyday life

You offer your new employer:

• You have a degree as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• You already have experience in psychiatry or you want to deliberately expand your existing nursing knowledge in this specialist area
• You can observe attentively, classify situations correctly, and know when your perceptions are important for further care
• In dealing with closeness and distance, you find a professional balance and encounter even unusual situations with openness and confidence
