Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Nursing Service Management Alterszentrum Kirchhofplatz In this exciting job * you take over the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing area with around 100 employees. * you steer the strategic further development of the nursing area in the Alterszentrum Kirchhofplatz together with the service managers and the center management. * you continuously coordinate the quality of care in close cooperation with the ward managers as well as in a joint leadership team (Shared Governance) with the nursing expert and the training officer. * you work actively on future-oriented nursing concepts, new care models, and innovative processes. * you ensure the professional implementation of the nursing process as well as resource- and resident-oriented care. * you are responsible for nursing and quality controlling, for reporting, and for compliance with legal requirements. * you support the managers in the nursing area in personnel development, recruitment, and employee retention. * you deepen the interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups, specialist departments, and external partners. * you actively and communicatively accompany change processes as a role model.
