Your tasks

• Responsible for the palliative care and support of the patients entrusted to you
• Individual and need-oriented planning and implementation of care
• Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals
• Support for relatives in challenging situations and counseling in palliative situations
• Participation in the development and improvement of care quality in the area of Palliative Care

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Several years of experience in Palliative Care mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as high social competence
• Ability for an independent and structured way of working
• Empathy and communication skills in dealing with female patients, male patients, and relatives
