YOUR TASKS
Care and support of our residents in their everyday activities
Accompanying the residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure
Perception of the individual needs of the residents
Reference person work and maintenance of contacts with relatives and legal representatives
Completion of department tasks such as the recording and coordination of RAI services
YOUR PROFILE
Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF or an equivalent training
Experience in dealing with InterRAI is an advantage
An open heart, high social competence and willingness to take new paths
Sense of responsibility, team spirit and joy in the profession
