Requirement profile ##

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Ideally, you bring experience in psychiatry or long-term care
• Empathy, team spirit and the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations are a matter of course for you

Tasks ##

• You take over the professional and individual care and support of patients with a dementing illness
• You assess different and complex nursing situations professionally and derive suitable nursing measures
• You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and design it in an orientation towards needs and resources
• You encounter challenging behaviors calmly, appreciatively and with high professional competence
• You work closely with various professional groups and actively contribute your nursing expertise to the interprofessional team
• You carry out the nursing documentation carefully and contribute to ensuring and further developing a high quality of care
