Nursing Specialist HF / FH

Our client is one of the largest Spitex organisations in the Canton of Aargau and, with around 125 employees, serves a catchment area of approximately 38,500 inhabitants in the Heitersberg West and lower Reusstal region. The company is characterized by a modern, innovative operation as well as a culture based on respect, appreciation, and interdisciplinary exchange. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH (60-100%).

Your tasks

• Ensuring professional and holistic care at home
• Taking over case management in the nursing process
• Carrying out needs assessments and care planning
• Documentation of care in InterRAI Home Care
• Cooperation with APN nursing experts, doctors, and hospitals
• Advising clients and relatives
• Taking over responsibility for day and evening shifts

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH
• Competent, independent personality with a sense of responsibility
• Good IT skills in handling documentation systems
• Category B driver's license required
• Ideally experience in Spitex operations
• Professional competence in somatics, wound care, and palliative care
• Empathic and communicative advisory competence
