Your tasks

• On our dementia and delirium ward, you will strengthen the team as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF or FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry.
• As a primary caregiver, you will take on the nursing responsibility for the individual care and treatment of our patients.
• In the nursing and therapeutic process, you accompany our patients individually and master even complex situations safely.
• Your versatile area of responsibility includes daily activities, administrative tasks, as well as the implementation of medical and technical orders.
• You document and report your observations carefully in oral and written form.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FH and, in the case of a foreign diploma, possess the required SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck.
• Professional experience in long-term care or psychiatry is an advantage and ideally you are already familiar with the field of gerontopsychiatry or wish to deepen your knowledge in it specifically.
• Working in a multiprofessional team as well as caring for people with high support needs interests you and motivates you in your everyday professional life.
• With your resilient and open-minded personality as well as your good communication skills, you contribute to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Very good German language skills at least at C1 level and good IT user skills round off your profile and support you in your administrative tasks.

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76'000.- and 110'000.- Francs per year.

Invitation to a second interview

In the second round, we would like to get an even better picture of you and find out together with you whether we fit together. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get to know your future team.

Oral acceptance

You will receive a telephone acceptance from us if we decide on you after the second interview and we will ask you if you are also still convinced by us. If we agree, we will prepare your contract.

The contract

In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. With the contract, you will also receive relevant information regarding your employment.

Preboarding

Between the acceptance of the position and the first working day, you as a new employee can already access relevant internal information. This allows you to form a differentiated picture of the company and prepare for the job.

First working day

On the first day, onboarding in your new team and with other colleagues awaits you. You will settle into your new workplace and gain an overview of your next tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
