Your tasks

• In the outpatient setting, you will undertake the psychotherapeutic assessment, treatment and counseling of patients as well as their relatives in individual and group settings.
• Your versatile everyday work includes individual consultations, multi-person discussions or the implementation of various psychotherapeutic group offers as part of case management.
• For individually tailored treatment, you coordinate the treatment processes, plan therapies and carry out test-psychological assessments.
• In regular professional exchange with the other practitioners, you actively contribute to reports, case discussions and continuing education.
• With your ideas and your professional expertise, you actively participate in the further development of a modern, evidence-based and versatile psychotherapeutic offering.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your psychology studies and have already gained experience in inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatry.
• You have already completed your federally recognized psychotherapy advanced training or will complete it in the foreseeable future.
• Ideally, you possess a practice permit for psychotherapy in the Canton of St. Gallen or meet the requirements to obtain one before starting the position.
• Your interest lies in day-clinic and interdisciplinary treatment, where the individual needs of patients and relatives are consistently at the center.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language at least at level C1 as well as enjoyment of your continuous professional development round off your profile.

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 109'000.- and 159'000.- Francs per year.

You will receive a telephone acceptance from us if we decide on you after the second interview and we will ask you if you are also still convinced by us. If we agree, we will prepare your contract.

The contract

In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. With the contract, you will also receive relevant information regarding your employment.

Preboarding

Between the acceptance of the position and the first working day, you as a new employee can already access relevant internal information. This allows you to form a differentiated picture of the company and prepare for the job.

First working day

On the first day, onboarding awaits you in your new team and with other colleagues. You will settle into your new workplace and get an overview of your next tasks. In addition, you will receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
