Team Lead Day Structure, 90%

The model station SOMOSA offers an inpatient 9- to 12-month intensive treatment program for adolescents. Our agogically designed employment offer (day structure) plays a central role in competence assessment, stabilization, career orientation, and preparation for the labor market. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Team Lead Day Structure who leads the area professionally and personally - with a focus on vocational integration.

A Team Lead, 90% ##

Your area of responsibility ###

• Leadership and Coaching: You lead and promote a team of work agogues and social pedagogues in the daily work with the clients.
• Career orientation as a job coach: You determine the work-relevant skills of the adolescents, accompany them in the career orientation process (applications, trial apprenticeships, search for apprenticeship positions) and network with IV offices, training companies and the labor market.
• Agogical design: You further develop the day structure modules (media workshop, laboratory, production) - with the goal of preparing the adolescents for work requirements which correspond to the competence level of the clients.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with social pedagogy, psychotherapy and psychiatry. Development goals and support measures are coordinated between the areas.
• Organization: You are responsible for administrative tasks, budget issues and the use of the premises.

In addition, you bring with you ###

• Degree as a work agogue, social pedagogue HF/FH (with a focus on vocational integration) or career counselor
• Experience in leading teams and in working with psychologically burdened adolescents
• Specialist knowledge in career orientation, IV processes and the 1st/2nd labor market
• Leadership competence: Completed further training in the leadership field or willingness to qualify
• Personality: You are empathetic and can use conflicts constructively. Experience with manual/technical topics is a plus
