Main area of responsibility:
-Professional receipt and processing of telephone inquiries from patients and referrers
-Coordination and processing of referrals including triage as well as planning of outpatient appointments and inpatient stays
-Verification and obtaining of cost guarantees and orders for psychotherapies
-General correspondence work
-Processing of reports (admission and discharge reports, medical certificates, cost guarantees, etc.)
-Administrative support for the management team
-Taking over diverse secretarial tasks as well as the management of email inboxes

We expect:
-Completed training as an MPA or further training as a medical secretary or a comparable training in the medical field
-Persons with personal experience with mental illnesses and/or addiction experience, provided the situation has been stable for at least two years, are very welcome.
-at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in psychiatry
-Socially competent personality
-Very good knowledge of common clinic information systems as well as MS Office
-Confident handling of administrative and medical documents
-Stylistically proficient German in spoken and written form
-High sense of responsibility as well as a reliable and structured way of working – even in hectic situations
-Openness to new working methods and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
-Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
