• You care with heart and professional competence: You accompany our residents holistically, individually, and resource-oriented, and contribute to maintaining and promoting their independence and quality of life.
• You take responsibility: You independently plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate the nursing process and ensure professional care according to current professional standards.
• You have an eye for the essentials: You recognize changes in health status, assess situations professionally, and initiate the necessary measures.
• You ensure safety: You carry out treatment-related nursing and medical-technical activities professionally and guarantee safe medication management and administration.
• You are an important reference person: You maintain a trusting relationship with our residents and their relatives and work closely with doctors and other specialists.
• You help shape things: You actively contribute to the further development of our nursing quality, question existing processes, and help to implement lean management meaningfully in everyday nursing.

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Responsible, resilient, and reflective personality
• High social competence, empathy, and joy in working with people with complex care needs
• Teamwork skills as well as willingness to share knowledge and to continuously develop yourself
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
