Your tasks

• In the inpatient environment, you accompany and care for patients with mental illnesses and contribute to a safe and stable environment.
• Depending on your qualification, you support nursing and care activities while adhering to the applicable quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• With your calm, appreciative, and empathetic manner, you create trust, provide orientation, and give security even in challenging situations.

Your profile

• A completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF or FH or as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ forms your professional basis.
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and a careful way of working characterize you in your daily professional life.
• With your very good German skills in speaking and writing, you communicate appreciatively and professionally with patients, relatives, and employees.
• You are flexible and ready to take on even short-term assignments as well as shifts on weekends and public holidays.
• You combine your resilience, helpfulness, and teamwork skills with respectful interaction and a lot of empathy in contact with other people.
