Your tasks ###

• Together with the Residential Area Manager, you are responsible for the leadership and development of the employees and ensure an appreciative and motivating working atmosphere.
• In your role, you support the Residential Area Manager with organizational and personnel tasks - always with the goal of optimizing processes and ensuring excellent care.
• You are directly involved in the care of our residents and actively help shape their everyday lives. Your work contributes significantly to their quality of life.
• As a mentor and coach, you promote trainees (FaGe) as well as students (HF) and create valuable learning situations.
• You support your team professionally and personally and commit yourself with engagement to their further development.
• In the area of quality management, you participate actively, question existing processes and develop new ideas and concepts in working groups and projects.
• You contribute proactively to a positive and open corporate culture and thus ensure a harmonious working environment.

Your profile ###

• You have a degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson (DNII, HF, FH) and ideally experience in long-term care.
• Leadership experience, e.g., as a team leader, is an advantage but not a must - what is important is your interest in this role and several years of professional experience.
• You work in a solution-oriented and proactive manner and contribute creative ideas.
• Your communication skills and social competence are your strengths - you can interact with a wide variety of people at eye level.
• You are flexible, resilient and always keep a cool head in complex situations.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form and are confident in handling IT.
• RAI knowledge would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
