Your tasks

• On our admission and emergency station 60+ you will strengthen the team as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF or FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry.
• As a reference person, you will take on the nursing responsibility for the individual care and treatment of our patients.
• Even in complex situations, you will guide our patients safely through the nursing and therapeutic process.
• Your versatile area of responsibility includes the design of everyday life, administrative activities, as well as the implementation of medical and technical prescriptions.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FH and, in the case of a foreign diploma, possess the required SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck.
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in somatics or psychiatry or would like to specialize specifically in this field.
• Working in a multiprofessional team as well as the care of people with age-related complexity interests you and motivates you in your daily professional life.
• You enjoy engaging with the Safewards and Recovery models and actively contribute to interdisciplinary cooperation with your open-minded, resilient, and communicative nature.
• Very good German language skills at least at C1 level as well as good IT user skills round off your profile and support you in your administrative tasks.

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76'000.- and 110'000.- Francs per year.

You will receive a telephone offer from us if we decide on you after the second interview, and we will ask you whether you also continue to be convinced by us. If we agree, we will prepare your contract.

The contract

In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. With the contract, you will also receive relevant information regarding your employment.

Preboarding

Between the acceptance of the position and the first working day, as a new employee, you can already access relevant internal information. This allows you to form a differentiated picture of the company and prepare yourself for the job.

First working day

On the first day, onboarding in your new team and with other colleagues awaits you. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your next tasks. In addition, you will receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
