We are SPITEX Thurgau Nordwest and, with around 50 dedicated employees, we provide professional and individual outpatient nursing and care in five municipalities. Our organization is evolving: structures are changing and cooperation across team and organizational boundaries is becoming increasingly important. For our Diessenhofen base, we are looking for an experienced leader who takes responsibility, empowers people, and actively helps shape our future. Team Lead Nursing (80%) Start date by arrangement Do you lead with clarity, heart, and foresight and want to make a difference? Your field of activity You lead a team of around 15 employees technically, personally, and organizationally. In doing so, you provide orientation, promote trusting cooperation, and proactively develop your area of responsibility. Leading and developing people: You recognize potential, promote your employees, and strengthen team cohesion through appreciation, clarity, and an open feedback culture. Taking responsibility: You make decisions, set priorities, and manage resources proactively and in a solution-oriented manner. Strengthening cooperation: You communicate transparently, address difficult topics, and promote a constructive conflict and team culture. Shaping changes: You accompany your team through development processes, contribute your own ideas, and think beyond team and organizational boundaries. Ensuring nursing quality: Together with your team, you guarantee a high quality of nursing and service and stay close to the core business through your own nursing assignments and case management. What distinguishes you Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH and sound professional experience, ideally in Spitex Several years of leadership experience, preferably supplemented by further training in the field of leadership An empathetic, reflective, and decisive personality who can inspire, promote, and also challenge employees Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and a strong sense of responsibility Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations Experience with change processes as well as enjoyment of networked and cross-departmental cooperation What we offer you Responsibility with room for design: A varied activity in which you can act independently and actively help shape our further development.
