Do you want to not only perform care, but also co-develop the structures? In this role, you will actively participate in the implementation of an internal Spitex and assume responsibilities in the nursing service.

For an institution in the Seeland region, we are looking for a Dipl. infirmier/-ère HF/FH (50 %) starting from 1st November 2026 or by agreement. The focus is on the implementation of an internal Spitex, the development of the nursing service, as well as professional support in everyday care.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Actively participate in the implementation of the internal Spitex and take charge of the assessment of needs with interRAI HC, including the planning, monitoring, and billing of services
• Lead the nursing service composed of four people on an organizational and personnel level, and develop the structures, processes, as well as the quality of care
• Advise residential groups and workshops on care issues and coordinate collaboration with the house's medical practice, relatives, legal representatives, and other specialized services
• Ensure medico-technical interventions, maintain the follow-up documentation in easyDOK, and organize as well as accompany medical appointments

You offer your new employer

• A diploma of Dipl. infirmier/-ère HF/FH, AKP or DN II as well as professional experience in a comparable environment
• Experience in Spitex and with interRAI HC as well as experience in the implementation of projects in the field of care
• Management experience is desired, ideally complemented by management training or the willingness to undergo training
• Up-to-date knowledge in acute and/or long-term care, an autonomous and solution-oriented way of working, a category B driver's license as well as a good command of Microsoft 365
