What awaits you ###

• Guidance, promotion, and support of our students/apprentices in practical and theoretical training (approx. 50%)
• Practical reference through involvement in the care and support of our residents (approx. 30-50%)
• Responsibility for accompanying learning and organizing studies/training
• Planning and coordination of apprentice support in collaboration with the head of department and the vocational training coach
• Co-responsibility for careful care documentation

Your qualifications ###

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF
• Preferably at least two years of professional experience in care
• Commitment to vocational training and knowledge of the Swiss education system
• SVEB I pedagogical training is an asset or willingness to pursue it
• Autonomous, motivated, and resilient personality
• Joy for the profession as well as for training young people
• Strong sense of responsibility and high awareness of quality
