In the NotfallZentrum of the Klinik Hirslanden Zürich, you are an important point of contact for our patients. With your friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented manner, you contribute to a positive patient experience. In close exchange with the shift leader and the triage specialist, you make an important contribution to smooth operations at the reception.

YOUR TASKS

• You greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and ensure smooth administrative admission.
• You are a central point of contact for patients, relatives, as well as internal and external contact persons.
• With your attentive and appreciative communication, you ensure a pleasant reception atmosphere.
• You take on organizational and administrative tasks related to the reception.
• You are in regular exchange with the shift leader and the triage specialist and support a smooth flow of information.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or as a Physician and Hospital Secretary.
• Professional experience as a medical assistant in an acute hospital and/or in an emergency department is an advantage.
• You know the basic differences between illness and accident cases as well as the corresponding insurance processes.
• You communicate very well in German, both orally and in writing, and have good oral English skills. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
• You also act professionally and calmly in demanding situations.
• You have a good sense for the needs of the patients and contribute to a high quality of service with your commitment.
