Your options: Find your perfect role

1. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or FaGe (60% – 80%

Ideally, as an HF, you bring the SVEB 1 certificate, or as a FaGe the vocational trainer course, or you are interested in getting involved in vocational training.

• What you do with us: You take over the professionally competent, resource-oriented nursing and care of our residents, ensure nursing quality through planning, management and evaluation of nursing processes and accompany learners on their way. You are planned in the role of daily responsibility, advise and accompany relatives in difficult situations and are a primary caregiver. On the protected ward, you use your expertise to provide modern, person-centered accompaniment and care for people with dementia at eye level.
• Your extra mile: You actively participate in internal working groups to constantly develop our processes and nursing quality.

What you bring, what you bring with you

• A completed training at tertiary level (Dipl. HF/FH, AKP, DN2), Fachfrau-/mann Gesundheit EFZ or a foreign training recognized by the SRK.
• As a qualified nursing professional, perhaps the desire to take on the position as deputy ward manager
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
• Sense of humor, a little serenity and nevertheless ambition
• Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange between generations.
• Courage for and desire for change
• Team spirit, which you actively live
• Experience in accompanying people with dementia at eye level

1. Pflegehilfe SRK or Assistent/-in Gesundheit und Soziales AGS (60%-80%)

What you do with us:

You support our team in daily nursing and care, give our clients a smile and ensure a feel-good ambiance. Activate and accompany our residents in everyday life, care about their well-being and support them in maintaining or promoting existing resources. On the protected ward, in addition to general nursing, you also joyfully take over the design of everyday life for people with cognitive changes.

What you bring

• A completed training as Assistent Gesundheit und Soziales EBA or a certified Pflegehelfer/in SRK course.
• As a Pflegehilfe or AGS, perhaps already with experience as an Inko-Verantwortliche/r
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
• Sense of humor, a little serenity and nevertheless ambition
• Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange between generations.
• Courage for and desire for change
• Team spirit, which you actively live
• Experience in accompanying people with dementia at eye level

We offer "The Flex-Model": Full power or half shifts?

We know that life must be flexible. Therefore, we offer you two models:

• Classic: You work in regular shifts with a workload of 60% to 80%.
• Family & Generation Model (Half shifts): Do you wish for more time for family, grandchildren or hobbies? With us, you can also apply exclusively for half shifts. In this model, you benefit from a workload of 40% to 60%
• Or a mix of both. Half shifts during the week and normal (full) shifts on the weekend
