With a differentiated range of nursing and care services at three different locations, the city enables around 80 older residents with different nursing and care needs to have a home-like environment with professional services. Around 120 employees and apprentices ensure the well-being of older people in the Alterszentrum Sandbühl as well as in two different nursing apartments and in the assisted living facilities Bachstrasse and Mühleacker.

Team Leader Nursing and Care 80 - 100 %

Your main tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of a team of around 15 employees
• Operational leadership with occasional assignments on weekends and evenings
• Ensuring and continuous development of a high quality of nursing and care
• Ensuring the deputy role for the area of nursing, care, and living in the absence of the area management
• Responsibility for the design and further development of the nursing process as well as service recording (RAI-NH and RAI-Supervisor)
• Responsibility for duty scheduling with Peps
• Individual and professional care and nursing of our residents in long-term care
• Co-responsibility for the training and support of our apprentices (FAGE, AGS) and HF students

Your profile

• Dipl. Nursing Professional FH or DNII
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care, Spitex operation an advantage
• Proven leadership experience an advantage
• Completed leadership training or the willingness to complete it
• Very high quality awareness and independent way of working
• Organizational skill and IT knowledge
