• Medical or commercial basic training
• Further training in the field of social insurance
• Experience in a comparable function, ideally in the health insurance sector
• Very good knowledge in benefit examination and high affinity for legal issues
• Committed, independent, and resilient personality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
