We are looking for the CMS of Avenches, a:

Assistant in community care and health at 50% - 80%

Mission:

• Collaborate on the medico-social care project (support in the form of assistance and care) based on respect for the person's principle of autonomy.
• Participate in monitoring the evolution of the client's situation, in collaboration with the client, the entourage, the interdisciplinary team, and the attending physicians.
• Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household assistance, and family assistance.

Profile:

• Hold a CFC of ASSC.
• Have, if possible, experience in home care.
• Be available to work during the day, in the evening, and on weekends.
• Be able to work autonomously and in an interdisciplinary manner.
• Hold a driver's license and possess a vehicle (possibility of using a professional vehicle).
• Knowledge of German would be an asset.
