• Guarantee professional, individualized care that is respectful of the person, their choices, their autonomy, and their history.
• Ensure the quality, safety, and continuity of care, structure practices, and support their evolution in a logic of continuous improvement.
• Combine clinical requirements, quality of life, and field realities so that the organization remains at the service of support.

FEDERATE — grow skills and collective responsibility in the service of residents

• Manage the entire nursing staff by giving meaning, setting a clear framework, and promoting empowerment.
• Mobilize skills and allow everyone to contribute fully in their role.
• Support professional development to make it a lever for the evolution of teams and practices.
• Foster a climate of trust, know how to take a position, and support complex human or managerial situations.

CONNECT — include care in a transversal dynamic, within the EMS and the network

• Actively participate in Management through reflections and decisions that engage the functioning and evolution of the EMS.
• Create the conditions for fluid collaboration between nursing and other professions within the institution, in a logic of complementarity and shared responsibility.
• Maintain constructive relations with residents and their relatives, involve them in reflections related to support, and be a point of support in sensitive or end-of-life situations.
• Develop quality collaborations with doctors, health and social partners, and network actors.
• Ensure the management of the care sector, its organization, and its human, material, and financial resources.
• Supervise, with the concerned teams, the processes related to the evaluation and financing of care.

WHAT YOU BRING
------------------

• Bachelor HES in nursing or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• CAS/DAS in team management and project management.
• Complementary training or confirmed experience in gerontology, psychogeriatrics, and palliative care.
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar function, including management of nursing teams.
• Ability to combine clinical requirements, human issues, and organizational realities.
• Assertive leadership allied with good emotional intelligence and the ability to decide, empower, and create a secure framework.
• Sense of anticipation, autonomy, and ability to approach demanding situations with perspective and serenity.
• Ability to create links and trust between the different actors of the EMS and the network.
