• You are technically responsible for the pharmacy and lead it independently

• Leading and coaching employees, recruiting and integrating: You coordinate tasks and projects within the team
• You provide expert guidance to students or apprentices

• Completed pharmacy studies with FPH or BAB
• You want to make a difference and can handle responsibility well
• With your motivating and appreciative manner, you advance the pharmacy and your team

• German at least level B2
