Team Leader Support and Care ##

to strengthen our management team as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

(Workload 70 - 100%)

Your tasks: ###

Together with your team, you ensure the professional and participation-oriented support and care of our residents with a primary physical disability.

• You lead and manage approx. 12 employees in technical, personnel, and organizational terms.
• As part of our management team, you participate in higher-level specialist and project groups.
• You maintain close and interdisciplinary cooperation, including with specialist centers and doctors.

Your profile: ###

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification.
• You already have leadership training or are highly motivated to complete one.
• You convince with your winning personality, think conceptually, and possess high social competence.
